A) In the project stage - 1. Warehousing of all project items
2. Adhering to the SEZ regulations
3. Establishing warehousing facilities for the Raw Material, Packaging Material and Finished goods, Miscellaneous goods
4. Training a team of Team Leaders and SMTs to render their duties
B) When the Project is complete and the plant is operational: 1 Statutory compliance pertaining to the warehousing requirements VIZ. the SEZ formalities, Weights and Measures Act, Drugs and cosmetics Act ( GMP ) Excise, Octroi, Insurance, Transportation and logistics
2. Maintenance of desired inventory norms
3. Status wise segregation, identification of various materials
4. Receipts, stocking and issuance of materials to production
5. GRNs , Organizing sampling, Follow up with Quality Control for releases, Invoices clearances
6. Purchase requisitions for RMs, PMs
7. Invoicing of FG, dispatches to export destinations
8. Handling of Rejected material and Retuned goods
9. Handling of Scrap generated in the plant
