Description: These are on-rolls positions with a leading Insurance company. The timings would be 8 hours flexible shift between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The number of requirement is as follows : Asst. Manager : 4 Team Leaders : 10 Tele Sales Executive : 90 Job Description Cross – Sell by giving a call to the existing customers and making them aware of new products. Act as product specialist with a flair to address all customer queries related to new product and handle queries within established timeframes and service levels. Should be a Self-starter to structure follow up action in respect of customer queries, requests and ensure effective closure. Attending to Customer queries efficiently and converting the existing customers for the sales of other products of the Company. Efficiency to meet set targets.
