Description: ?Lead a team of 10 members, with high level of interaction to achieve organization goals. ?Build & maintain healthy business relations with clientele, keeping a regular track of their requirements & taking adequate measures to ensure timely delivery. ?Ensure end to end execution of assignments including assessment of the requirements, developing strategies & ensure smooth process flow. ?Initiate process improvements by identifying service delivery gaps, offer solutions and successfully implement ideas to enhance the organizations services. ?Plan recruitment activities for key clients of Ma Foi. ?Manage VMS and RPO projects for clients. ?Involved in Media planning and designing of ad contents for various clients ?Responsible for coordinating with onsite subsidiaries of Ma Foi (i.e.) assisting in Inter-center assignments. ?Carry out Business Development activities to add to existing client portfolio. ?Monitor overall functioning of processes, identify improvement areas and implement adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. Map client’s requirements and coordinating in developing, implementing and transitioning processes in line with the guidelines specified by the client. ?Maintain the Business Excellence Indicators for the ITeS Vertical in the Location thereby enabling the Quality Standards required for Efficient & Effective Process Control Mechanism of the Organization to adhere to the ISO and RBNQA Certification. ?Represent the Team in the Statutory, Quality and Internal Audits.
